We use high-density particle board or MDF, featuring outstanding characteristics: anti-water, anti-dirty, anti-scratch, easy to clean, and long-lasting fresh colors. The desk top and side legs feature a thickness of 25mm or 50mm, sealed with 2mm thickness PVC edges.
The hardware components we utilize are from famous, reliable brands. They operate silently and are exceptionally strong and durable. We also include extra spare parts in the shipment for your convenience.

All products are packaged in a Knock Down (KD) format, with each component protected by high-quality carton boxes, pearl cotton, and guard boards. Easy-to-follow assembly manuals and extra spare components are included. We can also provide mail-order drop-test standard packaging.
You can specify your own shipping agent, or we can assist in arranging the transportation. Our cargo loaders handle all items with care to keep the goods smooth and steady, double-checking all items beforehand to prevent missing parts.

A1: We accept Ex-Work factory, FOB Guangzhou, FOB Shenzhen, and CIF terms.
A2: We offer a comprehensive three-year quality warranty on our furniture items.
A3: We support more than 30 different colors. A complete color card is available for you to choose your preferred finish.
A4: Usually within 15 to 20 days after receiving the deposit during regular season, and 25 to 30 days during peak season (August, September, October).
A5: T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required to start production, and the balance is paid before shipment when the goods are ready.
A6: During shipping, our logistics agents work diligently to ensure item safety. In case of shipping damage, they will assume responsibility. For minor issues, we will support you and compensate you with the corresponding replacement parts.
