1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer of commercial furniture since 1990. In the past 28 years, we specialize in manufacturing restaurant and banquet furniture, as well as related supporting facilities. Our main products include dining chairs, dining tables, table stands, dance floors, and more.
2. What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for dining chairs is 100pcs per color, and the MOQ for dining tables is 50pcs per color.
3. Is the sample provided free of charge?
Normally we charge 3 times the sample fee and return the extra fee upon placing a new bulk order. The freight costs are collected by the buyer.
4. Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
Yes, both OEM and ODM orders are accepted and welcomed.
5. What is your payment term?
Our standard payment terms are: 1. T/T with a 30% deposit, and the balance paid before shipment. 2. L/C at sight.
6. What is your delivery time?
Regular products basically take 30-40 days for delivery. For customized items, the completion time will vary depending on the technical complexity and ordering quantity.
