1. How to get a quote quickly?
All of our products can be customized. We can meet any requirement of size, shape, design, and logo. It is appreciated if you can provide the following information:
A. Bag style / Type.
B. Material structure and thickness.
C. Packaging preferences.
D. Dimensions (width, length, and height).
E. Logo and color requests.
F. If possible, product and packaging artwork.
2. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
- If you have an agent in China to arrange delivery, there is no MOQ limit (offered at EXW factory price).
- If we arrange delivery, the minimum order is 1 set (total CBM must exceed 3 CBM). Mixed orders are accepted.
- Standard MOQ is typically one 20ft container with mixed items. Trial orders with smaller quantities are welcome.
3. How is the Shipping Cost determined?
Shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, and total CBM of the goods. We will calculate and provide the shipping cost once you share your order quantity and destination seaport.
4. What is your Sample Policy and Pricing structure?
Samples are available for checking quality. We charge double the regular price for samples but will refund the difference after a formal order is placed. Bulk pricing is negotiable based on quantity and packaging needs.
5. Do you support OEM and Custom Designs?
Yes, OEM options are available. You can send your own designs or pictures, and we will manufacture the products according to your preferences.
6. What are the Payment Terms and Lead Times?
- Payment: T/T and Western Union are accepted. T/T requires a 30% deposit before production, and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
- Lead Time: Approximately 20-35 days for a 1*40HQ container after receiving the deposit payment.
