We are a professional manufacturer with over 16 years of experience specializing in the wine rack industry. Our main product lineup covers wall-mounted wine racks, wine pegs, display racks and customized wine storage furniture for home and commercial use.

Can we provide photos, drawings or ideas for customized design?
Yes absolutely. We have a professional in-house design team to provide personalized custom services. Once we receive your design drafts, pictures or creative ideas, our team will conduct in-depth communication and confirm all detailed requirements with you. We will produce accurate pre-production samples for your final confirmation before mass production.

What is your product delivery lead time?
The lead time varies by order type and product. Sample orders take 7-10 working days. Bulk container orders are about 30 working days. For personalized customized wine rack products, we will provide an accurate delivery schedule according to your specific customization requirements.

What are your trade terms and payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance payment before shipment. We support multiple payment methods, including T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal and cash. Other flexible trade and payment terms can be further negotiated based on cooperation.

How do you guarantee product quality?
We adopt strict quality control procedures for all wine rack products. Firstly, we will make and send pre-production samples to confirm all details, craftsmanship and specifications strictly before bulk production, ensuring mass products are fully consistent with your requirements.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM and ODM support. We can custom build wine storage units according to your specific dimensions, material preferences (metal, solid wood, or combinations), capacity needs, and aesthetic requirements. Custom logos and packing options are welcome.
